Processing Refunds


This policy applies to instances where a refund is approved under our Cancellation, Return, or Warranty policies.

  1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  2. Refund Timeline: Please allow [Z] to [W] business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have initiated the payment.
  3. Deductions: The refundable amount will be the original purchase price of the item(s), less any applicable cancellation/restocking fees and the original shipping charges (which are non-refundable).
  4. Damaged/Defective Goods: If the refund is due to goods damaged in transit (and noted on the BOL) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, the full amount, including shipping, will be refunded or the product replaced at our discretion.
