Shipping and Delivery for IBR Roofing

ECONO-ROOFS specializes in delivering large-format IBR roofing materials efficiently and safely.

1. Processing Time: Orders typically take [X] to [Y] business days to process before shipment. This allows for cutting and preparation of custom-length sheets.

5. Receiving Your Order: Roofing materials are large and heavy. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that sufficient labor and/or machinery (e.g., a forklift) are available on-site at the time of delivery to safely offload the materials. Failure to provide adequate offloading means may result in failed delivery and redelivery charges.
6. Inspection: The customer must inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival for any damage or discrepancies (missing items, wrong length/color). Any issues must be noted on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
